Terms of Service

RentalMind AI provides car rental businesses with an AI chat assistant that answers customer questions and captures rental enquiries, plus a dashboard to manage business configuration, leads, and billing.

Important: the AI assistant captures enquiries. It does not confirm live vehicle availability, pricing, or bookings unless the business has separately connected a real-time booking or inventory system. Businesses and their customers are responsible for confirming final details directly.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any content configured for your AI assistant (fleet, FAQs, instructions).
• You must not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

• The Free plan requires no payment. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly AI message limit. Once a business reaches its limit, the assistant stops responding until the next billing period or an upgrade.
• You can cancel or change plans at any time from your dashboard's Billing page.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to collect personal information from customers beyond what's needed to fulfil a rental enquiry.
• Attempt to access another business's data, leads, or account.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the AI assistant or widget outside of your own configured business.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

RentalMind AI relies on third-party providers — including Google's Gemini API for AI responses and Razorpay for payment processing — to operate. Your use of the service is also subject to the availability and acceptable-use terms of these providers.

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the AI assistant's responses will always be accurate or available without interruption.
• AIAnthro is not liable for booking disputes, pricing discrepancies, or missed enquiries — the AI assistant is a lead-capture and communication tool, not a booking or payment system for rentals.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use section above.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RentalMind AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
