Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Free plan never requires payment, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

• Starter, Pro, and Business plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically each billing period.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's Billing page.
• Cancelling does not take effect immediately — your business keeps its current plan and usage limit until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which it moves to the Free plan.

Because access continues for the remainder of the billing period after cancellation, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial or unused months. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing system fault), contact us at hello@aianthro.com and we will review it in good faith.

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry the charge; if it continues to fail, your subscription may be cancelled and your business moved to the Free plan. Payment disputes (chargebacks) are handled directly through Razorpay in line with its own policies.

Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately. Downgrading to a lower paid plan or to Free follows the same end-of-period timing described in Section 2.
